But I do get your point - his voice is very depressing.

He's awful. Instead of concentrating on Messi's great skills he tells us the guy doing the marking job is doing well. His analysis is too technical for him to effectively explain it to the layman, so it sounds like depressing negative comments made while great skill is being displayed.

He should stop being so damn hypocritical about hating boring football when the team he manages does the exact same tactic week in, week out

True. He needs to put his words into actions on the Wolves training ground.

He was a no nonsense, old school type of defender so it's no coincidence that he drools over 0-0's with one team holding out the other with big tackles and negative football.

Yeah, he's great. On European games he always used to give you interesting facts about the place they were in too.

I don't like women commentators at football. Gabby Yorath (is she ITV or BBC?) drives me insane. I know I'm being sexist against my own sex but it's just not right :(

Gabby Logans alright, I don't mind her presenting MOTD..just don't like the woman commentator..don't get the passion and it just feels weird
