It would be normal if they were a COUPLE but its certainly not normal for a man to behave like that with someone he's only known for a couple of days and has no connection to!! At one point he actually lifts her leg right up into the air, he has no right to be touching her like this.

Nope, you'd be shocked at what behaviour can get you put on the register. Until last year I worked in the crown court and this sort of situation, if the girl reported it and the bloke got found/pleaded guilty, would get him put on the register, thats why its dangerous to defend it.

Just another example then of political correctness gone mad! I wouldn't defend it if I didn't think it was just harmless fun! If it had been JJ - few would be complaining!
