ToT Task Appears to be Dead in the Water!

Is it over? Most of them seem to have given up the pretence of doing the "task"

oddballmisfitsFTW 17-07-2010 10:23 AM

yep they all couldnt be bothered cos they a boring bunch and dont wanna entertain us

polly503 17-07-2010 10:30 AM

I think it was 'dead in the water' in the early hours of this morning after Caoimhe was pushed in the bath and got soaking wet. Her costume was left lying at the side of the bath. Went to bed around 3.30am so don't know what happend after that.

In the words of "Penguin" in the "Batman Returns" movie-"Poetic justice or tragic irony?" Don't forget, this was to help Ben get his suitcase back and he can't be bothered to help them so why should they help him?.

I just hope he knows why they were doing it so he knows his friends let him down the way he keeps letting them down.

Ben won't care - he's been without his suitcase for weeks now and hasn't whinged or moaned about it like the rest of them definitely would have.

They failed it not even an hour after it began when JJ started arguing with Ben.

The whole team does something for Ben while he sits their talking sh1te about how he wouldnt do it for them if he didnt feel like and, so, screw them?

Yeah, that sounds about right.

I have no idea, even taking into account JJ hate, that anyone can twist this around so it's actually JJ at fault here when all he has argued for is mutual support and co-operative effort to make make everyone's situation better.

Even though they have failed miserably all the way they are still ploughing on - Priscilla would have jacked it in long ago!

*mazedsalv** 17-07-2010 01:28 PM

It stopped after about an hour after JJ and Ben started their 3 hour row... meanwhile the others were getting soaking wet! :D

Jackie 17-07-2010 01:59 PM

When they were gathered round the tree-chest of drawers they all didn't seem to bothered about this task anyway.

again can you point to ANY team task where Ben has not tried:conf:
Has Ben cost them any luxury budget like JJ did:conf:

so even tho JJ spent the whole time going on and on and on about how big at eam player he was and how he would always try in any team task its ok not to try cos JJ cant be botherred:conf:

If they all (bar Ben) have failed the TOT task then they should feel the 'Wrath of the Tree of Temptation' just like Ben had to.

stoney 17-07-2010 02:45 PM

and will uber team player JJ go off on a rant at everyone else cos they never tried

Excellent idea, and then make them all do excercises under the Sargent Mike (whatever his name is). It would be interesting to see how many of them would give up.

I agree, They should all have to attend a special banquet (natch without Priscilla)

That would be a fitting punishment!

BTW the Task should end at about 10.40 seeing as it started just after the recording of the "LIVE" eviction show took place,
