Disturbing!!!

I was watching l/f last night and found Sams behaviour quite disturbing to watch. It was fun to begin with and John James had I believe hidden his hats, but considering he is constantly playing wind up games such as putting beans in Daves wellies the way he reacted was quite disturbing apart from the fact he practically drank a cup of neat coffee which sent him into hyper mode, but just his body language was like someone with a mental disorder. I like sam think he has mixed up the house but I think he may definitely have underlying issues.

I haven't seen the bit, so I can't really comment on that but who in the house doesn't have any issues? But that's life. I think Sam has livened up a dead and negative house.

I watched it, he was like a kid with adhd, way beyond pranks, some a bit disturbing.

Patricia4 12-08-2010 08:24 AM

He was funny it was only banter and most of them found it funny they just would'nt give Sam his hats back. When he got shut of the bacco I thought Corin was going to have a heart attack she was picking up tabs off the floor to smoke and then Sam felt sorry for her and gave it back.I think to have some banter is better than watching the 2 love birds in bed all the time and Jo and Mario moaning about everything and anything.

I agree but when he was rubbing the balloon and banging the frying pan etc it was like a hyperactive kid that didnt no when to stop. lol

He was having some good clean fun. Nothing sinister about it he is just young and a lot more lively than some of the other bores in there. I do wish some of you would stop over analyzing every move he makes. I am loving the life he has brought into a dying house.

Julesuk 12-08-2010 08:33 AM

As I said I do like him and think its brilliant what he has done in the house - I dont think he should win though I love Sam when he is a just a little bit calmer, and if I found what I was watching disturbing I feel I am entitled to my opinion.

Patricia4 12-08-2010 08:38 AM

Of course you are Julesuk it would'nt do for us to all feel the same way but Dave and the others were getting him too with the pranks which was'nt cooling him down any.

lynz 12-08-2010 08:54 AM

Of course, I agree, everyone is entitled to their opinion. However to say
"his body language was like someone with a mental disorder. I think he may definitely have underlying issues.", is, in my opinion, defamatory and this sort of diagnosis is best left to professionals.

Nothing wrong with Sam he's young and like's fun he's cleaning the house this morning.

:joker: He had drunk 4 cups of coffee, not forgetting all the sweets at the party.
He was paying them back for pinching his hats, they are in for a few "treats" today:joker:
He gave Corin the baccy back.
The noise of his banging was doing my head in, but that was the whole idea of it, make the rest of them submit and give his hats back.
Sam and his prtanks have livened this show up, makes a change from them all talking about what they will get on the back of it.

When he was rubbing the balloon I muted him, he was doing my head in and I think he carried on for a while after that.

Yeah, he'd annoy the hell out of me if I had to live with him, but he's been a "proper" housemate and brought some much-needed "character" to the series .....

To say that Sam is suffering with a mental disorder because he was engaging in some horseplay is ridiculous - they chose to wind him up, and he chose to retaliate in kind.

I have my own views as to who in the house actually does suffer with some sort of psychological disorder and he's been there way longer than Sam.

Orvakki 12-08-2010 10:02 AM

My brother has ADHD and he behaves just like that.
