As I understand the law, our strict but fair immigration policy will mean he will have to return to Australia :nono:

As for Josie, the Australian immigration policy being even stricter, will probably mean she will not be able to live with him there, even if they wanted to.

Unless anyone knows of how they could be legally in the same country?

John James has British citizenship. Both of his parents are British.

If I am not mistaken, he has dual Nationality and holds both a British and an Australian passport so he can stay. His parents were both British.

He mentioned it to Josie earlier in the week.
