The Queen of Big Brother? ABSOLUTELY NOT!

If the poor girl hadn't died no one would have thought that ridiculous notion up, what she did was start a trend in Britain that it was OK to be an idiot because you can always try you're luck on a Reality show

Without doubt, Jade Goody is The Big Brother Ultimate Housemate!!!!
Not only that, she was a wonderful, funny, kind and careing person!
A good hearted person , and an excellent entertainer!
The kind of girl that I personally would love to have as a grandaughter!
Above all this, Jade was a loving daughter and mother!
In fact, as far as I can see , her only fault was her choice of men!

fruit_cake 10-09-2010 10:58 PM

its sad watching those clips of her on BB3, i want to tell her to go and see a doctor but can't!!!

brian3 10-09-2010 10:59 PM

She was vile. Look back at bb3 and how nasty she was to Sofie

Then she pushed her luck with deciding it was OK to be blatant bully on TV because a certain type of viewer thought that was "entertaining" .....

Jade was not the Ultimate housemate nor queen of BB, she never won the show and if she had been on this show she wouldn't have won this either. Anyone who watched hours of live feed on BB3 saw the real Jade and for the most part she wasn't a nice person. It was sad what happened to her but it doesn't change her behaviour. The worst thing was we had to have that Jack Tweed on the show tonight.

headaball 11-09-2010 01:02 AM

Did someone pass out drugs on here tonight and forget to give me any?

Shaun 11-09-2010 01:08 AM

Well I guess I'm not a monarchist.

Kaaarenn! 11-09-2010 09:45 AM

The tribute to her that was shown last night, was soooo sad! :(
If she had've still been alive and the whole situation about the racism hadn't have happened, I don't believe Jade was a racist and was being racist in the house, she never meant it in that way, I think she would've been in Ultimate BB and I also think she would've had a good chance of winning it.
All those people that have made jokes when she died about her and stuff are sick and have no heart!
She will always be remembered and will always be one of BB's most ultimate housemates! :)

MrWong 11-09-2010 10:10 AM

She's one of my least fave hm's.

A bully in BB3, Back 2 Reality and CBB.

Shiner 11-09-2010 10:11 AM

I think it was proved beyond reasonable doubt that Brian is the queen of Big Brother.

Thanks for this post. I agree with you 100% on this. I don't think Jade was remembered enough in listing the greatest ever HM's on last night's many shows. There was only the one mention of her. She is the one that stands out most for me over all the others.

..... and the BB Panto .....

I was never a fan of hers as i cant support the celebration of stupidity that surrounded her. But she was very clever to exploit that even though she was a terrible actress and knew exactly what she was doing and saying during all her interviews. The real idiots are the numpties that threw money at her for her act.
CBB showed her true colours IMO.

All that aside though, her death highlighted cervical cancer and the necessity to have checks early. Hopefully that will be her legacy.

yousoboo! 11-09-2010 12:04 PM

Jade was one of the most important BB HM's.

cheapbbfan 11-09-2010 12:11 PM

I nearly teared up when they did that tribute to her. She really should have been in the house :(

NHS statistics show that about 20% of women still did not get their regular screening in 2008/9 and about 3% have never had a cervical screening.

And although health professionals and media outlets alike praised the "Jade Goody effect" during her illness and in the months after her death, one year on, they fear it's fading as fast as it came on.

"It certainly did [have an effect] roundabout the time of her death, but it doesn't seem to have persisted," says Alison Baker, the president of the National Association of Cytology. "While it was in the public eye, it was massive."

The official statistics for the year following Goody's death will not be available until October, but Mr Music says anecdotal evidence shows that cervical screening is decreasing - and may even be returning to pre-Jade levels.
