TiBB Design a forum skin competition - ends 10/1/11
 

After the success of the Xmas competition we're going to hold another design a forum theme competition.

To enter send us a screen shot of how you think the forum should look, and if you win the design will be made into a forum style that can be selected.

You can change all the colours on the main theme and the main graphics on the page (logo etc.). The actual layout should be similar to a current style. You can either keep the current buttons or, if you wish, change some of them, but only if you can provide me with the individual graphics.

To enter, please Private Message your design to any mod/admin or you can post it in this thread. Please try to get all entries to us no later than 10th January 2011.

There is a possibility that we will hold a design competition every month or maybe second month.

I wish to comission someone to do a pimp theme. Plenty of lush purples and leopard prints.

Use it. For christ sake use it. The skin should be funny. This whole place is funny. Run with it. If he can't do it get some Photoshop whiz to formulate the basic idea into a working theme.

After all, it's a democratic competition, not a handpicked one right?

Okay this is what I did tonight, it's pretty basic but that's what people seem to want, I might change a few things though, I'm not sure but I'mma post this anyway. hehe

Need an all black theme

We have basic already, that hideous BB10 New thing that looks like it was designed for to be a Home Page for an Old People's Home, and then the camp plain BB11 Theme.

No one liked them, Everyone was loving it on Christmas because Matt's theme was so out there and different to what we had before.

I think we'd rather see more unique and cool themes that are good to look that than basic and boring themes.

Black And Gold would be good, but it'd be good to have bright colours too.

Although Black could make the whole forum depressed, It would be epic.

No I never, Infact I didn't even mention her theme at all.

I was responding to her when she said 'I went with a basic theme because that's what people seem to want'

I'm assuming she meant the way everyone loves Shaun's one he posted.

Where as you and I both know, the reason Shaun's is epic is because it was funny.
Jessica obviously thinks we found Shaun's good because it was plain.

And who on earth wants a plain theme when we could have something good for once?
We've been getting plain themes up until Matt's Christmas one which went down well with everyone!

So I doubt anyone wants a basic plain theme again.

You've seen my 'rants' that was not one of them, That was me actually being nice to Jessica and giving her and some other people who are going to make some themes, some friendly advice from one member to the other.
