LA Noire VS Red Dead Redemption?
So LA Noire has been out a week now and I personally think it was waaaay over hyped.
It's amazing yes, but honestly - had Rockstar of made the game it would of been better. The driving makes the game feel like Vice City or San Andreas, where as I preferred the GTA IV style of driving. Anyway - I replayed San Andreas and GTA Ballad Of Gay Tony around the new year and then begun playing abit more of Red Dead Redemption at Easter - brining me up to LA Noire. And I have to say, Red Dead Redemption is still the best game out of any 'Rockstar Game'. [I know LA Noire wasn't made by Rockstar but they do publish it] So what do you think? Let's not even put GTA in the question as there is more than one and it wouldn't be fair. Out of 2010's Red Dead Redemption and now LA Noire; which is the best? Spoiler: |
Not played La Noire but Red Dead Redemption
This reminded me the other day I was planning on going on it then remembered I lent it out months ago to a mate so I asked for it back and hes traded it in, prick. :bored: |

RDR.
I doubt LA Noire can beat RDR to be honest, but I haven't played so I can't say that for definite yet. |
I've so fallen in love with the trailers for La Noire, i'm going to have to get it!

Rockstar don't usually do that - but with LA Noire, the trailers make the game look better than it actually is. Believe me though - it's VERY VERY addicting. |

No Red Dead is only 720P And La Noire is Full 1080P HiDef and much more invested in it. You can not compare a Western to a Gangster Movie Play. |
The PS3 LA Noire also looks best, as it was developed on the PS3 (Plus it's all one disc - Blu Ray utter bliss :p)
RDR and LA Noire are two different types of game, it's hard to choose, but I'll say RDR, it's quite unique |
Ew Red Dead. :bored:
I just got L.A Noire today but I already love it and think its amaze. L.A Noire >> |

Fallout ****s all over RDR anyway.  |
Would you believe LA Noire and Red Dead Redemption take place in the same time period?
My Mum told me this the other day and I'm not joking, I sat like this:  for about 20 minutes. I couldn't get over it. LOL |
Isn't RDR like...the late 1800's....and LA Noire like...1940's lol

They can't. Thats not true lmao. The people in L.A Noire have cars. In RDR they did not. http://oi56.tinypic.com/23ubh3b.jpg Quote:

OMG Maybe - 'cus on the map of RDR I think it said 1894 or something like that. Still not sure, but I'm not taking video game advice of a woman again. |
Lol it's strange how much the world changed in those 30 years, and crazy how much the world changed in 100

But RDR >>>>>>>>>>>>> GTA IV. GTA IV was depressing and miserable, BoGT was amazing though - honestly. In GTA 5 they need to go back to the fun of GTA SA and Vice City. I really can't wait to see if they announce GTA V at E3, they actually better or I'm going to go off the rails. Quote:
