As in not nipping to the offie or grabbing a bag of M&M's but a 'big' buy.

They are yes, I have one already (an Olde Tyme Bulldog) and one the IMAGE of the one I have now is in the rescue, been mistreated and used for constant breeding. It made me cry it's awful.
