Brand Jedward

Did you see the greedy little gits eyes lighting up as Tara riduculously told them they could make a billion by branding themselves.Paddy on the other hand has already branded himself-with a red hot poker.

ArcticLion 25-08-2011 10:46 AM

Are you saying your eyes wouldnt light up if someone told you that you could potentially be worth over a billion pounds somedays? stop nit-picking

Jords 25-08-2011 12:20 PM

I wouldnt buy anything :joker:

CaudleHalbard 25-08-2011 12:21 PM

It's a ridiculous suggestion that Jeward could be worth a billion as a brand. Could only have come from Tara's drug-addled mind! Would you buy Jedward aftershave, perfume etc? Most people would to too embarrassed to ask for it! :D

Yes, they may do well for a few more years but once they hit their mid-20s, they will need to do something else. E.g. retire! ;)

The only people who would buy are teenagers (who have no good taste) under the age of 15

Lat night when they were seperated for 5 minutes Edward claimed-"I dont like it.It feels like John's off somewhere with a girl." Which is your worst nightmare you sappy sod.

Good for them :) Why shouldn't they be happy at the prospect of making money, at least they will be working for it. Good luck to them, hope they make loads of money whilst they can, and invest it well :) They can't be that greedy anyway if they live on an allowance from their earnings.

johnx 25-08-2011 12:51 PM

They remind me of the Simpsons episode where Bart becomes a child star with his own catcphrase. After the public tire of him he's still using the catcphrase as he gets needier and needier-desperately trying to cling to his 15 mins of fame.Jedward, this is your future

Absolutely

Deanjam 25-08-2011 01:01 PM

She told them what they wanted to hear - that they're gonna be huge stars. It's all they want, so of course they wanted to believe it.

Very good at manipulation is our Tara.

joeysteele 25-08-2011 01:42 PM

Louis Walsh is planning good things for them in the USA, of course their eyes would light up at the prospect of earning more massive income.(Whose eyes 'honestly' wouldn't).
It will happen too.

They are hardly greedy anything,if they are likely to get those sums in the future and Tara should know, then with such an opportunity it's no way greed to go for it.

They don't even squander their money like a lot of show business celebrities,it's saved and they live off an allowance weekly.

You might get nappy rash from it.

johnx 25-08-2011 01:46 PM

Well evidently there are plenty of gullable young people buying into....well whatever the hell Jeward do.Indeed they have and will make a ton of money which will no doubt make them very happy.Cant sing, cant dance, look absurd-you boys i'l go far.

People said all this about Ant and Dec too. Louis Walsh if nothing else is a shrewd and good businessman, he saw in Jedward massive long term potential, just as the management of Ant and Dec stuck with them even through the really silly years and that daft Saturday Morning TV show they had.

People were giving Jedward 6 months to a year after their series of X Factor finished, now they are saying when they reach their mid 20s, by the time they get to their mid 20s,(not because of their recording work), They will have been TV stars for the last 7 years then, with likely even more potential in Television. They are going nowhere and will be on our TV screens for many years to come and decades likely too, just like Ant and Dec.
Both careers following a similar path.

Ant and Dec were 2 really daft zany characters, sometimes releasing records who were transformed into the 2 biggest and most sought after presenters and hosts of a wide variety of TV programming.Raking in the millions in the process too.

johnx 25-08-2011 02:02 PM

You have a point-thats the most depressing thing Ive ever read.
