Somethings up with Helen

Reported in the Daily Star - B*t*h*s column

WHAT'S up with Big
Brother 2 contestant
Helen Adams?

The dizzy blonde turned tizzy blonde as she threw a wobbly at the London premiere of Spy Kids 2: The Island of Lost Dreams B*t*h*s asked how she felt being one of the only contestants from BB's second series to still have a "celebrity" Profile - but she reacted in a most peculiar way

The girl who shot to fame as the bubbly one in the spy-on-the-wall house fixed us with a long, silent stare started shaking and refused to respond to even an apology

We were concerned what the TV host would a next.
But thankfully, her pal came to the rescue and whisked her off-We reckon you need to lighten up Helen because your 15 minutes if fame were over a long time ago.

is this anything to do with P&H selling up their flat

They probably asked her in a really nasty way(we know what the press are like!!!!!), and she showed them what she thought of them with that look. Good on her I say. Lets hope all is well in the Adams/Clarke household  :bawling:

LEE 15-08-2002 08:43 AM

I'm sure all is well and you are right chilledbootz. Anyway, we have already ascertained that the flat that is being sold is the ground floor one, not P&H's first floor residence.

Sticks!!! Cheers Doomraider!

Spoiled my morning and made me look in all the gossip column's in the tabloids.

My mind going overtime on why such a chirpy bunny should be like this.

Chilled, I agree on this

Also, why were the b*****s apologising?

I think they must indeed have upset her in some way.

It better be. I could not cope with them splitting up.

The end of the world as we know it. He seemed pretty full on to me two weeks ago in his radio interview.

Come on you two:

cc100 15-08-2002 11:19 AM

no way r they splitting up.

we all know what helens like-do u really think shed be out at a party if her heart was breaking??
no me neither.

h/p always say theyll never talk to a newspaper again least of all the star for their jibes about helens weight a few months back and the false story abvout em getting married.

the bitches r so called because they act/write things in a bitcjy way.
they were probably struggling to speak to a celeb so they spotted helen and she ignored em, so they exagerate things.
no mention of paul or anything wrong so dont worry...................fingers crossed.

Amy 15-08-2002 11:34 AM

i don't believe this at all, IF she acted like this THEY must have been horrible to her :nono:

somethings up with Helen

on BBC news wales on cefax it says Helen sees limelight fading because she has been overshadowed by comparisons to big -brothers 3 jade goody may be they were saying nasty things about that to her it said also pundits are hanging on for her to tie the knot to Paul Clarke so im sure p/ h must be o k as they would have picked up something wrong for sure

cc100 15-08-2002 02:17 PM

yes, u know what the papers r like.

if something is up with a famous couple, its always in them
the papers know b4 the couple do as well.

n e way the bitches dont mention p at all, they r quite bitter and twisted arent they?(the bitches)

somethings up with helen

i m not very good at this but i ll give it a try - former hairdresser helen adamsstar of big brother 2,has found her hopesof a long career in showbusiness are fading . the cwmbran-born blonde has been overshadowed by compraisions to big-brother 3contestant Jade goody.adams was recently turned down for a part-time job by celebrity hair dresser trevor sorbie in London(which we knew) She also lost her job as beauty pundit on lorraine kelly T.V. chat show.but fans are hanging on for her to tie the knot with boyfriend paul clarke. (hope this is o.k.) Ibought the southwales echo but nothing in it about helen

cc100 15-08-2002 03:39 PM

thanx

Romantic Old Bird 15-08-2002 05:31 PM

I am surprised at ceefax really.

It's such a negative article, and actually contradicts the response we had to the initial Trevor Sorbie comments.

Poor old Helen. The news items on this years contestants are fizzling out, so they are digging the dirt on last years.

I still think Helen might appear when Lorraine comes back from her summer break with Rosie.

Even if she doesn't, I think she's bubbly enough to pick herself up.

I think I might write to her, c/o her agent, to say we still care about her and look forward to seeing her on our screens soon!

Shall I invite her and a close personal friend to our TIBB reunion as well?

OF COURSE YOU SHOULD!!!!!!

Sticks 16-08-2002 07:54 AM

If Helen is unable to find work, and they were counting on her having income to pay the mortgage.........

As Mort was saying last night after reading this thread, it is known that rows about money is one of the biggest causes of relationship breakdown. They have been waiting for the two to tie the knot. Has Helen's lack of job success managed to do what the Sun could not. Has the dream run its course

Is this the end of the :helen: and :paul: saga.

I will look at a certain section in Heat with trepidationnext week.

Oh dear ROB I did enjoy singing along to Monty python's song. I was sitting here a very happy bunny. I could have been at the karoake with Discolady! Like you, I'm sure H & P are fine. The Daily Star is not a paper to give any sort of credence too, is it? Sticks, for the hundredth time, lighten up old fruit.

Sticks 16-08-2002 10:55 AM

Sorry but we got chewed out by Mort for not spreading enough doom, dispair and despondency.

I wil have to try that angelfire link at home as they are likely to be blocked access here

cc100 16-08-2002 12:19 PM

other papewrs would have picked up on it, letes face it helen ignores the star and all of a sudden we think their splitting up?

bit premature?

Mairi 16-08-2002 12:21 PM

Helen and Paul are just fine, Sticks.

There is nothing, repeat NOTHING that will break those two up.

So, STOP WORRYING!!!!!!!!!!

cc100 16-08-2002 12:25 PM

ALSO IF U REPLY TO MY MESSAGE ON THE THIRD PAGE OF THE P/H TO SELL FLAT THREAD THEN THEY MAY RULE THE POSSIBILITY OF IT BEING THEIR FLAT- THEREFORE NO NEED TO WORRY---GO ON----SOMEBODY???

Glitter_babe 16-08-2002 01:42 PM

I'm sure everything's fine and rosy!

On a side note (and don't be offended ROB) , your photo of Paul looks awfully like Dale Winton.....

(the orange-ness!!!)

steve_o 16-08-2002 06:30 PM

There not breaking up, blimey, it would be on the news. There's nothing on Sky's showbiz interactive it would be, everything else is. It's just the Daily Star with nothing to print now Jade's told those bitches were to go, so they've decided to pick on Helen.  :nono:

:spin:
