i.e. record labels submit the songs/video/whatever to the grammy people and they decide whether or not it's worthy to be nominated in the category it's been submitted too

The Grammy's love Kanye. They recognize how brilliant he is. He will get tons of noms.

Britney better get at least one nomination but I can see them snubbing her again.

Alexandre Desplat HAS to win for his Deathly Hallows Part 2 score which is absolute perfection. Anything else winning that category would be a travesty.

Glad to see so many noms for Robyn, Bon Iver and Kanye... but where the hell are Tyler the Creator, Fleet Foxes and the Strokes? :(

Agreed. The fact that Rihanna's nominated is laughable.

Looking forward to Kanye, carrying his 7 Grammy awards, walking on stage and interrupting Adele's acceptance speech to tell everyone about one the best albums of all time.

BTW would be higher on metacritic if one of the reviewers didn't give it a 0 :hmph:

MBDTF was robbed tbf, I'm not a huge fan of Kanye or of hip-hop/rap music but that was a brilliant eclectic album.

Also Britney should have got at least one nomination.
