The hands are always a giveaway.

But, I think he's after attention. I remember Kemal apparently was leaving the UK because he hated being associated with Big Brother and was ready for having the full on surgery along with hormone treatments and becoming Zuleyke.

Then a year later he was in the UK, appearing on BB related shows (BOTS just last year aswell) and still allowed people to call him Kemal. All for the limelight.

The surgery is quite expensive, maybe he was just using the publicity to make money to fund it?

More likely just won't go through with it.
