The new set looks good but there isn't as much noise or buzz.

If they could keep the set in the same style but with larger crowds it would be cool.

The BB11 set was good, with the stand

Smithy 21-04-2012 05:18 PM

The crowd is massive they're all in stands

Samuel. 21-04-2012 05:41 PM

The less idiots the better.

This. They need to stop encouraging the crowd to Boo everything, it's meaningless now

lostalex 21-04-2012 05:55 PM

It did have a more exciting atmosphere. But i think it's good that production seems to have more control over the audience now. It's good that the new interview space they can close the door.

Flamingjoe 21-04-2012 06:02 PM

It's almost laughable at how small the crowds are compared to just 1 year before. The problem is they're just now aren't enough dedicated fans that would be willing to go to a Big Brother Eviction. Also, unfortunately the fans that are willing to go to Big Brother Evictions just boo everyone for the sake of it because they find it fun. The fact that the crowd boo almost everyone ruins evictions for me.

The crowd at the moment is big, but most of them are on stands. The position of the stairs doesn't help because the crowd can't go under them like before. The stairs ect are covered in black so people can't go under them. If the stand's went it would make the crowd look bigger. And if the stairs were normal it would help.

Yeah even with the "small" crowd some interviews can't be heard that well with booing and chanting the whole way through

Jarrod 21-04-2012 07:12 PM

I've made a Crowd layout that they could use for the new series. Considering the entire compound is now closed off it's the best you could get in terms of a 'open plan' crowd.

It basically gives way for a BB5 type exterior with the main stage for interviews and everything still in tact.

The crowd isnt massive at all. Have you ever been to an eviction?... its tiny compared to what it used to be.

Not true, theres high demand to get into evictions and allways massive queues with lots of people being turned away.

Me. I Am Salman 21-04-2012 08:44 PM

Sickening.

Gstar 21-04-2012 09:59 PM

I do agree but with that being said they really need to lay down some rules regarding behaviour, watching shows such as The Voice, Strictly, Dancing on ice, Take me out etc. The crowd are very well behaved compared to Big Brother, unfortunately by the looks of things I don't think it's going to get any better what with Brian actually provoking it by repeatedly saying the evictees names asking for reactions when he's not even talking to the house; not to mention the long pause he does after saying housemates names when speaking to the house especially if they're boo'd, it's not nice. Eviction studio please!!!!

In sort-of related news, have you seen the Australian eviction crowd!? My lord I swear there are about a million people there

BB11 had a great exterior! Kind of wish they had of just removed the flags and adapted the theme

Marc 21-04-2012 11:19 PM

Loved it back in the day when boring housemates like Vanessa would get an orange ball thrown at her

The Australian crowd isn't as big as you might think.

Really? Looks pretty big to me, not to mention how well behave they seem, they also have a fair amount of children in the audience too

emmetmcl 22-04-2012 05:40 PM

Nah, has to remain outside.

But make it like BB11.
