Rules
Essentially copying Shaun [Story of my life s0b]
Each TiBB member has FIFTEEN character suggestions and FIFTEEN character supports.
Once a character has TWO supports they will become eligible to be TiBB's Favourite TV character
Each member may only suggest THREE characters from a single TV show, cos y'know, diversity and all that.
Since there's already a Soap one of these going, no soaps. Soz.
No reality TV contestants either (that includes Jersey Shore, Only Way is Essex etc.)
Once there is a decent number we go onto the next round. (The optimist in me is saying we'll have 60. The realist in me is saying I'll have to amend it a bit, but hey, we'll see how it goes.)
