He was talking about the TV series, but to be fair, Neil Patrick Harris was a fan of BB/CBB and was watching it recently, a lot of celebs watch it.

I know Rio Ferdinand used to be a huge BB fan. Not sure now.

Hmmm I dunno, why would it be the show? Dexter airs in both the US and UK on a Sunday night (so even if Murray is being naughty and torrenting, it's a Monday that the torrent is available) and also I could understand if the season premier was tomorrow - but it was 2 weeks ago. Why would he randomly tweet "Dexter" in reference to episode 3 of the season, that's on tomorrow night?

I reckon it's BB Dexter. Genuinely.
