Sky used to disconnect for hours like a *******. Not had any massive issues..

Virgin's excellent for us... for the broadband, anyway. Terrible mobile and TV, but excellent internet. Ridiculous speeds.

I love the Virgin internet. It's very fast.

Jake, I had that problem with Virgin and wifi because of the superhub. Are you using a iPad?? They sent me a signal booster thing which helped. If you complain they will try and sort it.

I've been with VM for over ten years, the most down time i've had has been about 30 mins. Where you live is not Virgin's fault.

You think Virgin is bad? You should try TalkTalk, or as my brother calls it 'Africa Broadband'.

I've always said this,I wouldn't touch them with a bargepole ever again,they are useless in every sense of the word.NEVER go with Virgin.

They did the same with my internet and now is faster than ever. They do try and sort out any problems you have. Funnily enough, i like the channels i'm getting. :hugesmile:
