2013 - they teenie Twitter "selfie" brigade took over
 

2013 looks set to be year we have 3 awful imo winners Rylan , Sam and probably Charlotte. All 3 are favs with a certain brand of young women who go on twitter: the pouty selfie brigade. You know the type: the teenie/ young lass pouting posting ' selfies on Instagram" (an unholy assortment of wannabe WaGs, wannabe glamour models, wannabe drunken ladette GS bores obsessed with GS, Cara Delevigne copycats in beanies and 1D fans)

It feels like it's the first year in C5 era teenage girls on Twitter mobilised the voting. They failed to get Jay or Alex to win bb12 over Aaron, they failed to get "cool brigade insiders" in bb13 final except luke S, they didn't vote enough for the likes of amy childs, kerry or lucian in first c5 cbb and paddy won, they failed to get frankie cocozza to win.

This year they are actually voting a lot more and not just tweeting support. If Aaron were on now* with the hms he had he'd actually come 3rd behind winner Alex and Jay. Damn

Agree but when you see the older women on the BBBOTS panel and in the audience (and even Emma !) you start to worry if it's just them !

As long as there's a "Aren't I great for being a complete idiot" agenda on telly it's only gonna get worse.

I think the teeny pouty selfie twitter brigade preferred Gina & Dexter because they were uber entertaining. Sam got the old people vote.

If Lauren doesn't make the last two then my vote will go to Abz. He's a nice guy and a close friend of Lauren.

No it looked like reverse, sam got soooo many girls on Twitter.1D fans got on board with Harry styles thing. Did a search on #bb sam hot #bb sam cute #bb sam win and it was absolutely loads. Loads of abuse was hurled at gina on Twitter and dexter was mocked. At worst Sam got the odd # sam boring. The older folks loved the twins (such nice boys, bla bla)

I was going to vote for Charlotte as well,but not after tonight. She lost my vote for good.

In the grand scheme of things, I don't really think that matters.

I have been put off her for a lot of reasons.

If Mario had more 10% more personality he would have been challenging for the win. The fact that he's more popular than Louis is sad but no longer surprising.

Sure he likes her a lot but are they really close ?

He's already admitted they don't spend much time with each other (and that they don't need to)

Perhaps Abz and Lauren both think they're happier or better off keeping themselves to themselves.

Whether it's part of a "gameplan" (I guess it is and fair enough if so) is up for debate.

I think they know they have a lot in common. He doesn't like the others, except maybe Mario.

tbh for someone who appears half intelligent it's a bit pathetic how people like him cosy up to the big group without ever imagining the public can see straight through their tactics.

Ok he hasn't been a huge blabbermouth but he's made enough bitchy comments for people to see what he's up to.

Mario is ok. It's Carol and Charlotte who are the nasty ones.

Sorry Vanessa, much as I like you got to disagree here.

He called Courtney a bitch, went on a moral one about her husband and then it turns out it was HIM who initiated the the finger playing episode.

Now to his gameplaying credit Courtney left (and sure he's a nice bloke at heart) but he's played a poor game if you ask me.

As we saw with Sophie, those who hang on to coat tails of the leader thinking it'll help normally end up getting burnt later in the day.

Vicky was in the group but did the right thing by not bitching along and then broke away from it later.

Great thing about BB is everyone makes mistakes in there.
Plenty of time to put things right and end up the worthy winner. (if you're lucky !)

I'd be happy with Lauren, Abz or Vicky winning. Not the others.

The only reason Aaron won is because the FB voting prices were ridiculously cheap and the forums were a fringe group with too much power, rather than a vocal minority.

But Rylan was a good winner and Sam is still middle tier and probably a top half winner so I'm okay with it all.
