I don't.

I know my house phone and some other peoples house phones and mobiles though.

No.. But I do know it starts in 07 and ends in 19 :)

Yes, I know my own number. I don't know anyone else's though. If I lost my mobile I would be stuck trying to call someone if I needed to. I only know my dad's home number (and my own of course).

The only way I memorized it was to remember the prefix and the pattern that the other 6 digits form on the keypad!

Yeah, I've had the same number since I was like 15 and it's a really great phone number as well, lots of duplicate numbers and stuff
