We had to sing songs, but none of those.

We sung Wake Up and Wouldn't It Be Funny.

But our smash hit at primary was. CROSS OVER THE ROAD MY FRIEND, ASK THE LORD HIS STRENGTH TO LEND, HIS COMPASSION HAS NO END :dazzler:

omfg I don't know, but we had a hot pianist though so I always joined in and was the best :dazzler:

We sang proper hymns at school :hmph:
My kids sang a song called 'cauliflowers fluffy' at harvest festival, I loved that :)

there's all I remember

I have better memory of our class assembly performances.. in year 3 we danced to Kool & the Gang - Celebration and Holiday by Madonna in year 4

I have seen the Golden sunshine
Morning has broken
He's got the whole world in his hands

But my favourite was "Who built the Ark" (Noah, Noah who built the Ark Brother Noah built the Ark)

Ew did everyone else sing hymns? We didn't sing any hymns at all. We did have to do a prayer and say amen once though

together & count your blessings out of those. we had to sing that shalom song and we had to do a prayer every day as well.

We sang this bee song all the time :rolleyes:
