Sally Morgan says she can speak to dead bodies. Is there any Tibbers who believe her or have a story that goes along the lines of

"i went to one and there is no way they could have known that"

and ends with

"well I dont care if you believe me" ?

My mum couldn't find something of my Nan's years ago and gave up hope of finding it again. she went to see a medium a few years later and she told her that 'the thing you were trying to find is in a box in the attic'

It was. My nan must of put it up there a few weeks before she died. Bit of a strange coincidence if you ask me.

Look at it this way.

1. It was a common cold telling response "its in the attic" where most things likely are and i would imagine that not only was that option given but probably a few others that you forgot.

2. All of known science is wrong



I would bet on 1.

Although I do believe part of us goes on after death, I don't believe anyone can contact people who have died, and that people like Sally Morgan are charlatans. Very clever, very astute, but charlatans nevertheless. I'm always shocked when I see people like her touring and the theatres are sold out. It's kind of sad.

What does it matter if people do? So you can laugh at them?

Why would anyone want to post their experiences for you to ridicule? and it's a discussion forum you don't need to move things on at all just let people discuss what they want to.

Of all the threads posted today, this is the one you pick out as pointless?

as you say its a forum, for discussion. looks like you may have been duped at some point in the past?

This is in general chat, it's asking people to post experiences then trying to ridicule them before they even post, so who's going to post? and it's all because the OP can't get over the fact other people believe in things they don't and vice versa, so yes I would describe this as a pointless thread.

There's no discussion to be had if you are shooting people down with your OP right at the beginning of the thread.

People get ridiculed, they ridicule back. That's my experience on here. It's one long series of ridicule.

I have to agree with Josy on this one, in fact the first thing I thought when I clicked on this thread earlier is Nice way to get people to not actually share their experiences

You could have atleast attempted to lure people into a false sense of security before ridiculing them LT :idc:

I read it, and I may be wrong, as though he was asking for people to explain themselves in more meaningful terms than "well I believe", which I think is both fair and unrealistic at the same time. You could argue that he isn't allowing room for people to explain themselves, but maybe he should have written it about a room with song lyrics to have fitted in.

Better still, you tell us which threads you want us to start and we can take it in turns writing them out for you.

lol, they dont have to respond like that but i am just stating that usually with mediums, ghosts etc people always bale out when they cant justify irrational behavoir by saying "well I know what i believe" but as I have not ridiculed anyone and you are just predicting I will

My opinion is this thread is pointless, sorry if you can't accept that but it's my opinion.
