I think those saying it's "wrong" are completely disgusting. Why is it so wrong? This law is far too overdue.

No - that's not what I'm saying, or what the law is about. The law and the argument that has been given for many years is, gays should have the same rights as any other man or woman which is exactly why the law was put in place.
