When Danielle argues it's entertaining... when Toya argues it's not?

I don't get that tbh

Cherie 18-06-2014 06:45 AM

No neither do I tbf.

Ammi 18-06-2014 06:58 AM

..it is funny when Toya argues..she's quite a big character on her own and I like it when she's less under the influence of Pauline which is why I've always thought it would be a good thing for the house if Pauline weren't there...

camertone 18-06-2014 07:10 AM

toya is repulsive. she is the next pauline. she gotta go next.

i agree - but her standing alone is a week lady. but i agree she has to go.

Macie Lightfoot 18-06-2014 08:13 AM

Because not all arguing is equal and inherently entertaining?

Crimson Dynamo 18-06-2014 08:17 AM

toya is not very clever

Jemal 18-06-2014 08:22 AM

I dont find stolen catchphrases entertaining.
Toya has no redeeming factor, shes just a desciple.
Straight fuk girl who follows pauline around, so dissapointed in her.

Pauline gives her wings that she could only dream of having.

Verbal 18-06-2014 08:25 AM

Cos Toya is black /sarcasm

Me. I Am Salman 18-06-2014 08:30 AM

the bitchy black girl was always going to go down far worse. not accusing anyone of being racist, more of a subconscious thing if anything based on stereotypes/media and whatnot. danielle for instance implying the rest of the female housemates are slags for indulging in sex talk is far more offensive than anything toya has said or done. although obviously, being a Danielle fan I personally didn't have any problems with it

elliebrew 18-06-2014 09:06 AM

Toya is patronising, all consuming, arrogant, dismissive and over it.

I find people who argue like that completely devoid of any merit in their opinion because quite frankly its useless debating with someone who dismisses others opinions and proclaims her opinion devine.

register 18-06-2014 09:12 AM

loved when she said to pauline that when she ignored Jali saying goodmorning, she was sorry cos the GBP would see that as being nasty, so would be the bigger person and say sorry, She couldnt see the irony that as the one being bullied it would be Jali who would be the bigger person in accepting her feeble excuse of an apology... the GANG are so chuffin arrogant

you (rightfully) supported denise welch tho
like you even called in to the wright show to defend her

HBB1508 18-06-2014 09:14 AM

To me it comes across as Toya picking on people for an argument whereas Danielle was fighting her corner in an argument.

Denise welch was NOTHING like your trying to make her out to be.

Denise was a tortured, insecure person but she was also kind, and supportive and fun loving.

People hated on her because they were so up KING MICHAEL MADSONS ARSE that anything that he wasnt happy about was cause to attack her.

Denise never did anything spitefully.

Me. I Am Salman 18-06-2014 09:34 AM

tortured and insecure :laugh2: and I was a denise fan, i'm not slating you for being one too

Yes she was tortured. I can tell you as a sufferer of severe depression myself i can completely relate to her in many many ways.

Which is why i despise people having a pop at her when they have NO IDEA how horrendous feeling like that is.

There is no rightfully for that.

And Denise Welch was not tortured, what the actual ****. She got pissed and harassed Madsen and then played the victim when he finally had enough, like all the Loose Women in their series.

Denise suffers with severe depression.

When you suffer with depression who don't think or do things rationally.

She did not harass him, she tried on several occasions to repair their relationship and he completely dismissed her and insulted her.

I can tell you that when that happens to someone who suffers like that they want so desperately to repair any damage.

kefln 18-06-2014 11:21 AM

I think its different because Danielle argued with Helen, and only when Helen came at her.

While Toya is fighting with Christopher, who is essentially wallpaper. Her big stand was to ignore Jale, she then spent half the day talking about it, until finally caving in and apologising in a very half ar*ed way.

Danielle might be completely wrong in every belief that she has, but she doesn't pick fights with easy targets.

Black Dagger 18-06-2014 11:21 AM

Toya is far more aggressive with her arguing and most of the time it's irrational and makes me feel uncomfortable

Niamh. 18-06-2014 11:29 AM

Next one of you to start up with the arguing/Insulting will be infracted

Ammi 18-06-2014 11:31 AM

..I think people had reasons for not liking Denise and they are extremely valid reasons on her behaviour in the house..she behaved really badly at times imo and especially when she started to pull clothing down on (Kristina..if I have the right twin..)..it's documented that she had in her life suffered from depression but she drank a lot of alcohol in the BB house which doesn't equate to being compatible with any medication she was taking if she was suffering depression at the time she was in the house/people have to also take responsibility for their behaviour and not always pull on past experiences as to make things excusable and no one on here knows what any other member's life is or what their own experiences are so doesn't necessarily have any 'knowledge' or insight over something more than anyone else on the forum or think that they wouldn't understand....and it really isn't always relevant to their time in the house at all...

I disagree strongly.

Denise never behaved 'badly' at all. She was never malicious and never once tried to cause any arguments

Arguments occurred when she made mistakes and tried to build bridges but certain housemates didn't want to know.
