The problem is with Pete, that he is very easily persuaded.

Yeah , welcome to the forum and you raise an interesting
point. I think his recent actions are a bit of a publicity suicide
tbh. Everything will surely depend on just how good he is
and not many of us can really judge that yet. If he has a big contract then obviously some professionals see his potential.

personally I am now less interested in reading his book because apart from the tourettes issue I wouldn`t know what to believe or not. With the music I will wait and see.

I`m a bit confused as to what he deserves or not, as my view on him has gone down a fair bit recently.

Thank you for welcoming and not calling names J.C. I don't know what to believe at the moment, my main reason for wanting to read the book is because i want to hear Pete's reasons for doing these things. I don't want to hear things from magazines and tabloids that may or may not be true.

I do agree that leaving DF could have potentially ruined his career. However, i just think maybe the kind of music(although i liked it), wasn't really in with the music of today. I wish Pete the best, and i think he could do quite well musically.

lol iv'e disliked him from day 1 and i thought i was the only one! he was just boring and sneeky

I was a bit dubious when he fell down the stairs on his way in. It was a bit early for seeking votes!!Then I grew to like
him but not enough to vote for him. I admit to being suprised by his recent actions which seemed a bit out of character. But then as you have already said this is why you would like to understand from his words rather than the papers, and there may be more to it??? Also i did dislike him using the religious card at the very end. His future will be interesting whatever happens.
