I know it's a very small sample but 100 people have now voted in TiBB's "favourite housemate" poll following the double eviction, and not a single one of those votes was for Mark.

No, I unfortunately don't think he's out of the running.

Not completely but he just hasn't been funny in the last week or two.

He will appeal to the casual viewers so not yet.

..no, I think all it will take is for there to be another conflict in the house because that's when Mark has spoken up and been the only one to do it...I think the new housemates coming and that distraction has meant no arguments this week but I'm sure that can't last with those characters..:laugh:..

Biggest game player in there, and has everyone hood winked even the public, needs to take the razor wire from his backside, don't think there has been a more conniving house mate in any of the series, more sickly than Steven but in an underhand way.

Sat on the fence all the way " I am friends with everyone routine" FFS wake up and smell the coffee this fupper is playing a bit of a sh!t game. I notice when he's been confronted on his two faceness he crumbles and goes into one hell of a strop. He needs outing.

All this shyte for standing up for the under dog is just another show, I noticed he was part of the gang when Marlon was thrown to the Wolves.

A few guests on BOTS yesterday seemed to shed a lot of light on what Mark was like between his first show and BB... sneaking into all sorts of various aftershow parties and trying to get attention. It does disappoint me, but I do think he would be a funny person if he wasn't trying so hard?

I like Mark but he does overdo it. And BB overdoes the amount of air time he gets. He is largely inoffensive though so I don't think he's out of the running at all. It is strange that he doesn't have many fans here but appears to be the favourite (I'm new so I dunno how often that happens).

..I'm fairly certain that he does do a lot for attention but I don't think he has a bad personality and on BB, especially with this house, most would struggle to get any kind of attention over the negativity so I think what he's doing and how he is, is fairly harmless compared to others and he can be funny and I like how he speaks up when someone is in the wrong...and yeah, I was disappointed that he did a similar 'ganging up' thing himself with Marlon but he's not perfect and it's fairly slim pickings this year in terms of good qualities....

don't think so at all, he's one of those who isn't hated by a large majority but also has plenty of personality so stands a real good chance of winning in my opinion.

People just assume he's popular because he's liked in the house and BB fans online don't mind him but I haven't seen many of his supporters on the forum.

Where he belongs. I've never understood the Mark love - he's so fake. That bull**** h was sprouting in the diary room yesterday about the newbies "making him realise how lovely Christopher was" for example - utter bollocks. Three people who have been watching the show have come in and said how much they like Christopher and he's suddenly realised that the hot and cold thing he was doing is going to make him look like an arsehole, which it did.

Sadly, I wouldn't go as far as saying he's blown it but his popularity has dropped dramatically from 2 weeks ago and he may lose. Reasons may be:

Zoe is muscling in on his cheeky fun northerner schtick that he exclusively has this series (helen and ash are not cheeky nor fun). Shrewdly he feels threatened and will find ways to out "funny" her.

His "playing up to the camera" rehearsed DR entries seem so desperate and contrived. This was exposed on Wednesday when both Danielle and Mark both employed Nicky BB7 diva tantrum tactics. Painfully obvious, even ardent Mark fans on twitter rolled their eyes.

Despite his efforts to make us forget he still has £5k, he hasn't bern hard done by.

Treating Marlon the poorly during button press gate when he blew 25% battery on beauty pampering.

Not his fault, but being pimped out by bbots and emma isn't helping. Not just DR entries and Emma shutting down any Mark critics, but the constant positive edits eg Ashleigh guessing the newbies had eviction power on bbots being edited out and then the main HL show showing how Mark reiterating what Ashleigh said, but doing it in a camp OTT manner

His smugness, most obvious in game when waiting for Biannca to name him funniest HM. Followed by fake modesty.

His entitled shock that public dared to question him and his gameplaying via the tweet

Adopting several successful bb and reality tv personas (Nicky bb7, Rylan, Brian D, Jade, Helen, Biggins) to win. Luke BB9 revealed Mark met several ex- HM to get tips. Having done Shipwrecked and XF Mark is a reality tv veteran and wannabe.

Again, the blatant thicko schtick is too fake. "What does sincere mean?" Ffs. C'mon?! In early Bb I think it was Jade RIP who got one of her biggest laughs when she used "escape goat", so what does Mark do? Reheat it. And just in case you missed this comedy gold he repeated it 3 times. It doesn't matter if he's stolen/ plagiarised this line, the 16 year old fangirls won't know who Jade was - shockingly enough - and will find him and "escape goat" hilarious.

Hanging out with "smart" Chrismas and Matthew to play an "odd couple" duo which further plays up his thicko who wants to learn from the smart one schtick (see bb2 Helen/ Dean)

People seeing through his Chrismas showmance 100% fake on his part. Newbies confirmed Chrismas popularity, sudden Mark wants a "date".

But main reason is Mark is smug and thinks he has won....

how do you work that out when he's never said anything to suggest he thinks he's popular? it's the other housemates doing that for him. he always looks terrified on eviction nights and relieved when he hears the crowd reaction.

Mark looks smug AF and maybe it's fuelled by others stroking his ego, but he is beginnig to believe it. He's also talked about other HMs he thinks are leaving when he's up himself, remembers his fake humble mask is slipping and then says some humble bs like he's scared of getting booed, leaving :sleep: You can see his cogs worrying about new threat Zoe.

I still think he will probably or come 2nd at least .

He's gone from being 100% unbeatable certain winner to being beatable but still likely winner. Zoe, Chris, Chrismas, Ashleigh and Winston can all beat him. Whereas the rest still have no chance.

As the business end approaches there needs to be an anyone but Mark candidate probably Chris or Zoe.

I don't think he'll win now as you've got to have a blend of general public and forum support.

He'll still make the final though.

I actually think it's wide open and there is no clear favourite to win.
At the moment I think it is possible that Ashleigh, Chris, Ash, Mark, Winston and Zoe because of her celeb status can all win. That is 6 potential winners and if Helen keeps her final pass and it's a final of 5, then 2 of those potential winners won't even make the final.
Then there is Christopher, I don't think he can win, but he can certainly avoid being evicted and get to the final and finish high, so that's 3 strong contenders not even in the final :shocked:

I think Chris will win with Ashleigh 2nd and Mark 3rd now.
