Because they're getting it free or at a huge discount and then they follow the surgery's twitter page and promote it.

The interesting thing is that they all head to Poland for it, the country known for its cleanliness and advanced medical procedures ... oops, no, the country where its cheapest.

I have no problem them doing whatever they want to their own bodies but when they start dictating that other people (like Mike Tindall) should be getting surgery that's when I start to get annoyed. Who the ******* does he think he is?
