Best CBB Housemate Vote series 2 (Winner announced)
 

I´ll do this instead then, since there has been a series after the last one.

Vote for the Best Celebrity BB UK housemate.

Rules:

Choose 12 of all of the Celebrity BB UK housemates available and then rank them in order of who you deemed best to who you deemed 12th best in your opinion.

You then (based on your rankings) give the best housemate 12 points, second best 11 points, third best 10 points, fourth best 9 points and so on... the last one in your list gets 1 point.

You can can also elaborate/tell us on why you have chosen this HM in your list if you want, but that is not necessary.

Only one vote per member and only housemate per position. The one with the most points would be crowned as the Best CBB Housemate UK winner.

Voting will end 29th of July at 5.00 PM. Then we will have a countdown starting from 20th to the crowning of the winner.



Winner would be announced sometime after the counting of the points.

1. Edele Lynch - CBB14 - 12pts
Not all housemates have to have "entertainment value". For me, a big reason as to why I enjoy BB is simply because I find people interesting, and I saw something really interesting in Edele. I think she was one of the rawest housemates ever, probably because of what was happening in her personal life. Yes she was guarded and didn't put everything on display, but that was her, and I respected that and related to it and it made it all the more significant when her emotions did show. Although BB still needs big characters, it also needs to have people you enjoy watching for their relatability. For no particular reason I really cared about Edele, more than any other housemate, and I enjoyed watching her even when she did nothing. That's what makes a great housemate imo.

2. John McCririck - CBB3 - 11pts
Proving that you can be liked without being likeable!

3. Frenchy - CBB14 - 10pts
Should be in every series! Never a dull moment, OTT in the best possible way. Everything she said and did made me smile. And yes, I wanna see her "nekkid"!

4. Jackie Stallone - CBB3 - 9pts
"Yeah, I'm Dacky". Not many HM's can be remembered from just 3 words but she was her legend from her first 2 seconds in the house, and everything she did after was gold.

5. Pete Burns - CBB4 - 8pts
Most HM's say they don't care what people think of them and they're not afraid to be themselves, Pete Burns went full force with this and was highly entertaining with it.

6. Heidi and Spencer - CBB11 - 7pts
They played the game, and as game players go these were the best!

7. Shilpa Shetty - CBB5 - 6pts
Shilpa was a perfect example of how being in a degrading situation doesn't mean you have to degrade yourself. She had true integrity and spirit. People say that she was only liked out of pity or guilt but she didn't win because of the situation she was in, she won because of how she handled the situation, and that was all down to her as a person, and I think she's someone we can all learn from.

8. Perez Hilton - CBB15 - 5pts
Don't hate me lol! Whether you like him or not, Perez had everyone talking, and with the most desperate tactics from the producers to try and keep him in (the secret room, the attempt to get him a final pass) Perez owned Big Brother.

9. Leo Sayer - CBB5 - 4pts
He represents to me one of the most interesting things about the concept of "celebrity", a very unique type of Ego which exists for no tangible reason. He personified a celebrity mentality of self importance and superiority which in reality is just a delusion, a delusion which he based his thoughts and actions around more so than any other. He doesn't operate on the same level as most people and I found that fascinating to watch.

10. Keith Chegwin - CBB15 - 3pts
Because positivity isn't something to be ashamed of. He was probably in the most difficult house of all the series to be positive, but he managed it, even when being attacked for it, and for me he was a shining light in a series that seemed to constantly promote negativity.

11. Vanessa Feltz - CBB1 - 2pts
The first controversial CBB housemate and still one of the most memorable. When I think CBB breakdown I think Vanessa Feltz!

12. Katie Price - CBB15 - 1pts
Represents to me one of the best things about CBB which is having my perception of someone changed. I hated her before she went in then completely changed my opinion of her.
