I don't think what Aaron did was illegal. It was more extremely deviant or impertinent. I don't think you can be arrested for it as the malicious intent wasn't there. I think the embarrassment of being ejected and the humiliation of it airing on television is criminal enough to be honest.

But we'll see what happens.

I don't think he was intending to be nasty, he probably messes around like that with his own friends in his own circles... it just wasn't appropriate in the situation he was in, particularly with the person involved (Joel) being uncomfortable/not interested.

He could be but I doubt it. But if someone reports it to the police they have to investigate and if they talk to joel he as a local councillor will have to tell the truth...I doubt it will be the same as what was said in the diary room.

It was days after he was kicked out that the Police spoke to Jeremy so how do you know they won't speak to Aaron? Also, Jeremy wasn't thrown behind bars either so the claim you made in the OP is inaccurate really

The Jeremy thing was a similar situation to this involving a man and a woman on BB where the man was kicked out for a similar reason.......

For something like this you can get arrested if the other person presses charges. He probably wouldn't have been jailed for it though. At the end of the day though, Joel wouldn't want to press charges so no he won't be.

I don't know. I've just watched it back and what I did see was Joel leaving the bedroom for a few moments but he then came back into the bedroom again. If that was me, and I was truly offended I would have gone straight to bb or locked myself in the toilet until things calmed down.
