BB has run out of money

hence the reduction of the prize money. (according to tellymix today_

they spent too much money on ex-housemates coming into the house and the fund has run dry.

therefore they had to cut the programme by a week, and are reducing the prize winning fund. :joker::joker::joker::joker:

how hilarious.

Chloe was right to take the cash - it might be all thats left after this week.

Beso 09-07-2015 08:56 AM

the prize fund was reduced cause fat mouth chloe couldnt keep it shut.

just thinkin 09-07-2015 08:57 AM

that's what they want you to think - the show wasn't cut short because of boring housemates either - it was cut short because they were running out of money

if that's what makes you happy then go for it.

but we all saw sam and the boys talking too, but.....whatever floats your boat.

It's obvious. No way could they afford £150,000.

Strictly Jake 09-07-2015 09:08 AM

I can't believe how disgusting this is. If it's true the cash bomb twist was introduced purposefully taking all that money away from the winner regardless of what they did, all because they blew the budget on ex housemates. That is disgraceful! That and the fact that a show that is a game show based around people nominating people to be evicted has only had one round of normal nominations for a whole series. What the hell have they been thinking this series??? Also the fact producers have ran out of money does not leave a lot to be desired in regards to the so called celebrities they will have for summer cbb. Expect plenty of bobby sabel type celebrities aka no one has heard of the frigging lowlives

just thinkin 09-07-2015 09:11 AM

very bad management - the housemates were actually used as guinea pigs for the sake of three idiotic exhousemates and one loudmouth(who admitted in his exit interview he was getting paid for it - marc). The other housemates have been treated as 'extra's in their show. starting from the 4 in 4 out. Shambolic. Now they're trying to steal back the prize money....and people are mad at chloe for taking 5,000?????

I'm hoping they've got a separate fund for CBB or else we'll end up with Debbie McGee and a cardboard cutout of The Wanted.

fitz2k2 09-07-2015 10:26 AM

is this really true?

What a load of old tosh. They cant have run out of money, its such a small amount of dosh given the size of the production so its all scaremongering. If they were worried about funds, all they needed to do was to open a people poll into which of the following x HM's should we put in for the final week. Eileen, Jade or Marc and let the phone lines light up. The revenue from that would pay for CBB as well, lol.

VanessaFeltz. 09-07-2015 10:40 AM

if they didnt give Katie Price 1m (and there for didnt ruin the series) they would have money so bye ^.^

karezza 09-07-2015 10:51 AM

How much did they pay Helen, Nicky, Aisleyne, James, Dexter, Jasmine, John and Brian?

a) I'm pretty certain each series has an individual budget so that's an invalid point
b) The ratings went up after she entered (and she won in the end, thank god) - so I'd say the money was worth it

MB. 09-07-2015 10:54 AM

(but yeah seriously lol at looking down the list of CBB15 housemates and thinking that it was Katie Price of all people who ruined it)
