That's quite the logic jump. Yes, if something that is presenting itself as a news show called anybody a young nazi it would be completely inappropriate, let alone someone jewish.

This is a stand up comedy show though, not comparable whatsoever.

If the audience member hadn't been jewish, there would be no news story. Nazi jokes are hardly uncommon, it's unfortunate one was directed at a jewish audience member. It was risky and Brand has appropriately apologised.

Brand's an arse but he made a joke at a comedy show about the way an audience member had his hand up, it's not like his accusation was politically loaded or anything. Very much doubt the guy in question was offended.

To be fair, there's a bit of a difference between a comedian making a joke at a gig of theirs and a news anchor making serious remarks on a television broadcast

what if brand said a joke about the jews, being responsible for all the wars in the world, would people laugh or be in shock, the problem with brand is that he tries to be clever with his jokes, or intruth he thinks he is clever,

Brand does need to sometimes connect his brain before making these jokes at his Comedy Shows, but comparing his Comedy Show to a News Channel which can influence peoples perception of who's in the right or wrong on serious matters is a completely different story.

his biggest crime is charging people money to hear his "comedy" and always failing to be funny
