Anyone else think this is a crap Summer?

I dont know why really but it feels like a rubbish Summer, weather is quite cold, think I wore a coat last week lmao.

Doesn't feel like Summer either tbh.

Pete. 03-08-2015 01:35 PM

It's been really interesting and very cool

MTVN 03-08-2015 01:40 PM

It does feel like its later on in the year than the start of August, June had a lot better weather than July did

Jason. 03-08-2015 01:42 PM

I said the same thing a few days ago. I haven't really enjoyed this summer, TBH.

BB has also been depressingly awful. The weather isn't too bad, though. It's not the best and it's not really that hot. But it's better than having a rainy summer. I did love late June/Early July, though.

2015 hasn't been a really good year, IMO. It's been quite flat. I enjoyed the first 2 months, but ever since March it's been meh. I'm looking forwards to the 'ber' months of 2015, though.

yeah I've hated 2015, its been an odd year tbh, it sould be the 'best' Summer now GCSE's are over, but it really hasn't, so depressing.

Crimson Dynamo 03-08-2015 01:48 PM

Overall it was cooler and duller than average broadly speaking. I think i recorded one dry day up here.

Yeah, I can imagine. The summer you finish school is supposed to be the best. That's why I loved 2006 summer, when I finished Year 11. It was really hot that year too. You may enjoy the winter months of this year, though. I think 2015 winter will be good.

I enjoyed last summer more. TBH, 2014 was a decent year looking back. As was 2013. The 2nd half of 2012 was also good.

Oaker 03-08-2015 01:51 PM

I hate hot weather so this years summer was actually better for me. Also last year there were so many storms around my area (I hate storms) so that was a disaster.

Every year the only good thing about the summer is BB, and considering how awful the last 2 have been I have come to detest summer .

(Winter TV>>>Summer TV tho)

I miss 2012 and 2013 tbh, they were the best years.

Despite how awful BB15 and CBB14 were. I kinda enjoyed last summer. It wasn't as good as 2012/13, but it was better than this year. The thing is even though BB was crap last year, it still felt like BB. This year it hasn't felt like BB.

I prefer the autumn/winter months though. That's why I enjoy January-Feb and September-December.

Lostie! 03-08-2015 01:56 PM

I hated the heatwaves we had so I'm more than happy for it to cool down a little. I still get really hot when I'm out and about though, it's still not cool enough for my liking.

The fact that autumn is drawing nearer and nearer makes me very happy. :hee:

Jason. 03-08-2015 01:58 PM

Can't wait for Autumn. Best time of the year for me. :flutter:

Oaker 03-08-2015 02:00 PM

Every summer is literally just me waiting for summer to be over, October-February is the best time of the year. :flutter:

jackc1806 03-08-2015 02:01 PM

Depends if results day is kind to me :suspect: :omgno:

Jarrod 03-08-2015 02:05 PM

I'm sat around waiting for results day to find out if I'm going to university or not. It's a horrible wait. I've done nothing since college finished in June and it's even worse without BB being on.

Jason. 03-08-2015 02:07 PM

Good luck for those getting their results this summer. That long wait was awfully scary for me. :worry: I was pretty much like that back in 2008, I just stayed at home worrying.

I'm hopefully off to Southampton D: What are your entry requirements? All I need is 240 UCAS points, which I've got 120 of already.

Same. Autumn/early winter (September-December) is my favourite time of year easily, I just love it.

:flutter:

I also have a soft spot for January/February. But that's only because of New Year and just the atmosphere surrounding that period of the year.

I'm always a tad deflated around that time because it's an entire year until my favourite time of the year again.

Like AAB is the minimum because it's an English course :worry:

last Summer was really good, so was 2012! I think you're right about winter 2015 though!

It's slaying a tad, I can't wait for September though :flutter:
