in your opinion , did the school make the right call?

Niamh. 24-09-2015 11:35 AM

Well, considering you have to be over 18 to use one then yes absolutely

Crimson Dynamo 24-09-2015 11:35 AM

Where do i start

Kizzy 24-09-2015 11:41 AM

Yes.

Xtopher 24-09-2015 11:42 AM

God yes, I didn't even start smoking until 18.

Tom4784 24-09-2015 11:42 AM

The school's in the right. Plenty of people have quit smoking without the use of E-Cigs so that's not an excuse.

Really? You'd think you'd have enough sense by then to not start smoking, my excuse is that I was young and stupid

Both

RichardG 24-09-2015 12:23 PM

Good, surely it is not appropriate to be smoking anything in school?

Crimson Dynamo 24-09-2015 12:29 PM

I think the main issue here is the silly woman thinking he cannot stop, take away all his bloody money and belt his bloody ears you silly cow

jesus

lostalex 24-09-2015 12:30 PM

this mom should be in jail. this might be the chaviest thing i've ever heard of. this belongs on jeremy kyle, he'd sort it out.

Livia 24-09-2015 12:30 PM

Mother of the Year.

there are plenty of nicotine replacement therapies available sanctioned by Doctors and available via prescription if the child did indeed have a problem. I call bollocks on the whole story and see it as an advertising stunt too.

Northern Monkey 24-09-2015 01:53 PM

I would've been well pissed if the teachers had confiscated my joint at school:laugh:
We used to roll up in class and smoke weed at break time.lol.
If e-cigs are the worst thing kids are doing these days then things are definately improving.
I think the school should've given the devise to the parent to decide what to do with it.
The school has no right to keep something they did'nt pay for.

Ashley. 24-09-2015 01:55 PM

Is it even worth debating this though tbh

Of course the school was in the right. And there are 14-year olds these days doing much worse, too!

Bring back the ****ing cane

anyone that would use a cane on a 14 y/o should also be put in jail. use a cane on the ****ing parents if you are gonna use a cane on anyone.

Well well... another surprise for me that you who I had down as rather more straight laced NM. People keep shocking me with their wild child stories

Crimson Dynamo 24-09-2015 02:12 PM

If he was my lad I would have got him smoking a pipe, like a man and not some girls e-cig thing

A bulldog comoy with some lovely 1-Q in it and he would have been quite happy
