Pregant when why why why???

So Kristina has revealed that she is three months pregnant. I keep asking myself why on EARTH would someone who KNOWS they are pregnant go into Big Brother. Surely if there are energetic tasks or any task that she could risk falling or risk doing anything that might harm her baby she should have NOT agreed to do it. No amount of money on earth would make me go into BB if I was pregnant unless I wasn't aware that I was and even at that if I thought there was a chance when I was in the house I would find out (and not like Makosi's stupid capers )

This little lady needs to go home and mind herself and her baby and take work that is perfectly ok for her to do while pregnant. I was just thinking that matching her with Daniel O Donnell was the only option for her in Strictly this year as he clearly wasn't going to be lifting her up and swinging her around. Its is a known fact I don't like Kristina but even if it was my favourite housemate I would not look favourably on them going into the house when they are pregnant. Anyone agree ????:conf::conf::conf:

Kristina Announcing Her Pregnancy

Do you think it was tactical or not?

She was on Loose Women the other week/month saying something about not wanting her private life to be out there or something like that.

Would it do her favours? or would it damage her chances because people are annoyed about it because of Ben's ex could have not known about it.

Jay. 08-01-2016 12:49 PM

Clearly for publicity? Without a doubt :joker:

Cherie 08-01-2016 12:57 PM

Combination of tactical and extremely cruel on the ex wife and kids

Jamie89 08-01-2016 12:57 PM

CBB is literally just sitting around a house for a few weeks, it's not as if they're gonna have her drag racing or anything  I don't see the issue.

There are usually some physical tasks plus tasks that entail eating stuff and having stuff chucked over them not to mention the shock suits none of which it would be wise for her to participate in

Lots of people sit out of tasks for various reasons on BB/CBB I don't see why it's such a big deal if Kristina does it a couple of times.

Saying a pregnant woman shouldn't be on CBB is discrimination tbh.

No it's not because she would have the opportunity to go in next series, people with long term medical conditions are allowed to sit it out as their condition is not going away.

She only found out at Christmas, if she had already signed contracts and stuff and then spoke the producers without it being a problem to her or them then I don't see why anyone else is moaning about it tbh.

She could have deferred, did there need to be 16 contestants, she is 3 months pregnant she would have been aware well before Christmas!

She said this

Quote:

There was something {that} happened in my life before I came into the house over Christmas … and obviously I thought it’s very private news, you know but because we are living as one family now and everybody is sort of supporting one another now, it happened to be that I found that my boyfriend and I are going to have a little one.”
Why would she lie about when she found out though

Maybe she wanted the cash to give her a little insurance for when the baby arrives and she isn't working?

She might lie because its possible she knew she was pregnant when she signed the contract

She wouldn't have gone into the house in August when she's due in July :umm2:

fitz2k2 08-01-2016 01:22 PM

funny she said it after she got nominated lol

sampvt 08-01-2016 01:27 PM

3 moths is nothing, its the size of a walnut. My daughter ran a marathon at 5 months preggy and she beat her last years time. She is fit and the baby defo wont go hungry with those bazzookas on tap. I still like her but think her timing was somewhat off.

Yes but even if they do have tasks like these, she can just sit them out. Relative to the whole series, it wouldn't actually be that much time she's sitting out. And like Josy mentioned, the pay check will come in a lot handier now than if she were to do a later series. So it makes sense why she'd still want to take part imo.

I feel more for his ex wife and kids,I hope they knew before she told the nation, and she was moaning about how much she hated publicity and she announces this,:hehe: you can't have it both ways.

What do you mean "even if they do these tasks" :joker: its unfair on the viewers and the other HMs, hope se goes tonight :fc:

Crimson Dynamo 08-01-2016 02:04 PM

Yeah was just going to say, pregnancy isn't a disease

smudgie 08-01-2016 02:28 PM

The only thing she needs to opt out f is the electric shock task type of thing.
They will be careful of what she can and can't eat, other than that, she should be blooming, second trimester is the fittest in pregnancy normally.
Most women manage a full time job until 6/7 months pregnant so I can't see her being at any disadvantage.

Calderyon 08-01-2016 02:33 PM

I do believe her reveal was tactical based on the timing (not long after nominations happened).
