Have c5 delivered "BIG CHANGES"?

On the end of these new twist reveals (in particular annihilation week and Hotel BB-esque visitors) would you say that c5 have delivered their promise of massive changes for this series alongside the tagline "the game is changing"?

zakman440 01-07-2016 09:31 PM

No.

Lostie! 01-07-2016 09:32 PM

Not really. BB17 has been surprisingly good but I'd call that a fluke rather than a result of C5's efforts.

Guuki 01-07-2016 09:32 PM

Not at all.

Shaun 01-07-2016 09:33 PM

I suppose the only positive changes have been reversions to the original format (three weeks of normal nominations) so maybe I should've voted no.

y.winter 01-07-2016 09:33 PM

So it's basically same twists from last years.
Yep, the game has changed.

armand.kay 01-07-2016 09:33 PM

Well they've had DR nominations for 3 weeks now so for c5 I would say that's a fooking massive change

Samm 01-07-2016 09:34 PM

Small Improvements but past caring this series is good

lewis111 01-07-2016 09:36 PM

It kinda was with the other house being more than a secret house but they should've acted on that so much more

The only power he others had was fake evicting 2 HMs
Then they literally all got shoved in the real house and didn't have to fight for their place at all

And we've had more normal noms

So they were doing ok until the mass eviction and this weeks twist

This

Al ot of the good moments this series have come from BB's plans backfiring on them as well.

Will. 01-07-2016 09:37 PM

Big chances in terms of a brand new set and second house.

We've had normal DR noms 3 weeks in a row which is a big improvement.

I was expecting a format change or something.

Jamesy 01-07-2016 09:48 PM

The new set, eviction studio and new house is great. The diary room noms has been great to see and eviction shows have improved in terms of quality.

Other than that the format itself is still awful. We still have tacky editing, awful 'tasks' and now it looks like we're getting awful twists and interference as usual. The things that have driven away viewers for two years and Channel 5 still thinks it's a good idea to carry on? It does give you the impression they want to run the show into the ground.

Babayaro. 01-07-2016 10:24 PM

Lol no it's been a mess

nonstop 01-07-2016 10:32 PM

The outside and interview studio is great. This series has been entertaining, I haven't wanted to watch a BB series this much since Bb14. But, without Georgina and only Jayne remaining, I don't feel the need to watch anymore.

Vicky. 01-07-2016 10:33 PM

Small improvements. We have had normal noms everytime (I think?) and indoor eviction interview studio is good

BB-J*I*N*X 01-07-2016 10:34 PM

a new outside set & that's it, nothing else has changed

Jason. 01-07-2016 10:35 PM

It's been a good series but they're still making mistakes such as manufacturing conflict and having the same old same old mindless tasks which consistent of downing a shot of puried fish guts etc.

But we've had normal nominations three times in a row. When will BB15/16

I agree with this post.

The annihilation week has been a massive overhaul for the franchise?:facepalm:

Pete. 11-07-2016 07:28 PM

There have been a few small improvements such as DR nominations and new set which I've welcomed. The casting was amazing this year

Mitchell 11-07-2016 07:29 PM

This weeks kind of lost my faith, it hadn't been that awful

Jordan. 11-07-2016 07:30 PM

Not really but they inproved with the casting and keeping normal noms

Cal. 11-07-2016 07:30 PM

Small improvements. I find the editing to be better this year, we have a better cast this year, we have less twists this year, more diary room nominations which is what we wanted and no manipulation to save an overbearing character whom is shoved down our throats.

However, they've shortened the series at the expense of CBB and they haven't learned from BB11/BB15/BB16 that mass evictions are awful. We should have had 16 housemates and a 10 week run. They've also been bad with updates this year (I mean we had no idea who had been evicted until 16 hours after it happened).

Cal. 11-07-2016 07:32 PM

The fact they allowed their 'star of the week' to be evicted by the public each week is also good by their standards. Marco, Natalie, Georgina and Charlie all featured heavily in the episodes leading up to their eviction yet they stuck with the noms and allowed the public to vote them out without interfering which they didn't do with people like Jade/Eileen who provided short term entertainment to get saved by the producers.
