I think he currently does the breakfast show on BBC Essex but I'm not sure. I've never heard of him see..

Ahh 'Whaley'. I had many long conversations with him during the early 80's (when I was 'political') when he had a show on Radio Aire, I believe it was, and we did not always agree.

I am looking forward to seeing how he performs.

he genuinely pushed barriers in the 80's, many have copied him since, but he was the cutting original.
