The thick of it should be higher. Car share at 3
|
Diabolical
Car Share is rightly up there though |
Where actually is Friday Night Dinner though
|
Also Nighty Night
Yeah everyone's trash in this country |
They're trash anyway
|
Miranda and Twenty Twelve were robbed
|
The correct top ten: The Office, Peep Show, Extras, Green Wing, The Thick of It, Psychoville, Gavin & Stacey, Getting On, Beautiful People and The Royle Family.
This is just British ones though... Parks & Recreation, 30 Rock, Broad City, Arrested Development, Futurama and American Dad! would all make the top 20 easily overall. Always thought Black Books was 90s  And as much as I'm indifferent to Mrs Brown's, it's 200000000x funnier than Miranda which is the biggest disgrace to modern British comedy. |
no Royle Family?

As a connoisseur of the British sitcom, I find it disgraceful that Still Game isn't on that list.
I'm sure the Scottish member's who have seen it will agree. Regarding The Royle Family and The League of Gentlemen, although they both did air in the 21st century, they both started in the 1990s, and looking at this list, it looks like sitcoms that began in the 21st century. I agree that Psychoville should be in there, and other notable absentees from that list include Saxondale, The Mighty Boosh and Early Doors. My top ten of the 21st century 1 Still Game 2 Peep Show 3 Early Doors 4 The Office 5 Peter Kay's Phoenix Nights 6 The Thick of It 7 The Mighty Boosh 8 Saxondale 9 Psychoville 10 Gavin and Stacey I'd also like to put a mention in for 'Rev' |
Miranda is 7 places too low
|
Mrs Brown's Boys is one of the worst programs ever.
|
'Toast of London' is another that should make the top 20
|
Green Wing came on my Canadian Netflix this fall.. I have been watching it over the last couple of weeks... and I love it :flutter:
|
Mrs Browns Boys :umm2:
My top shows of those listed would be: The Office The IT Crowd Peep Show Green Wing I'd also include: League of Gentlemen Royle Family Psychoville Quote:

Of this list I have seen:
Mrs Brown’s Boys (not bad...but not number one) The Office ( a few times...UK version I assume) Peter Kay’s Car Share (loved this...watched twice:love: ) The IT Crowd (may just be my favourite) Gavin & Stacey (may just be my second favourite) Miranda (I adore Miranda Hart :flutter: ) Outnumbered (great watch) Black Books (it was funny) Green Wing (still watching but love it so far) The Inbetweeners (funny enough the first time) Bad Education (I was on the fence about this one) |

I would have had The Office at number one. Extras should be there too imo......yes i love Ricky Gervais |

I've watched a few episodes and I don't get the popularity, I didn't think it was funny at all |
