Morales aside, assuming you are referring to Trump, I believe a decent level of education and understanding of business is pretty essential. An absolute basic.

However unsuitable many may consider Trump I think Kanye wouldn't have a clue and would simply be a figure-head for those, mainly teenagers, who see pop-stars as Gods.
