Yeah but I always seem tied to the computer as I work from home, and basically cannot be bothered to take a dog for a walk every day.

Plus, sometimes I have to wait in all day, up to 9pm for parcels arriving.

That's why I'd be a bad owner. :)

We had a dog called Zara, we got her just after we met and had her for 14 years but she was unwell and had to be put to sleep :sad: it was an awfulm time and puts me off getting another

We did have 2 budgies, 'Jay and Silent Bob' but Jay died a couple of years ago, we do still have Silent Bob who funnily enough is a noisy squawking little ****

It is awful when a dog dies though, I was devastated when my first dog Curly died, I definitely find it harder to get attached to dogs since he died

Its a terrible feeling, they really do become part of the family, I remember crying for days after Zara :/
