I do think it's about time that those that support open borders take some responsibility and accountability for the increasingly disasterous consequences of such a decision. It can't go on if we value our safety and way of life.

They're allowed to walk around because, just like in this and most other democratic countries, people have rights. You can't arrest and detain someone on the off-chance they may commit a terrorist act.
