A bit of a bully

When the charming, elegant, graceful Kayleigh was calling Arthur a 'freak', '******', 'ugly','*****ing revolting' 'in need of a tan' etc Arthur looked around the room and Chanelle said 'don't look at us for reassurance' and started howling with laughter. That was her way of simply confirming she agreed with Kayleigh without having to utter the abuse herself. Chanelle is shrewd, Kayleigh is not.

I thought she was alright and even though i thought she was childish with the slipper nonsense i still liked her. However i think the cracks are starting to show and her true character will reveal itself soon enough. Last night was proof she has a cruel bitchy side!

LukeB 12-06-2017 06:43 PM

eh, she is no where near a bully.

rusticgal 12-06-2017 06:44 PM

Shes a chavvy mess...but she isn't a bully.

Jake. 12-06-2017 06:47 PM

She isn't a bully and I do like her but it was a bit reminiscent of Jo/Danielle laughing when Shilpa looked for reassurance from them & they both just laughed

Withano 12-06-2017 06:47 PM

I noticed her doing that too. But she has a lot of good qualities

People dont like the word bully here by the way, you're so in for it haha.

Vicky. 12-06-2017 06:49 PM

She just wants to fit in, and seems to be pretty happy to pick on the weakest link to do so.

We see it year after year. The few nasties surrounded by friends as these 'friends' just don't want to be on the recieving end.

Yep ,I noticed that too,she is as nasty as Kayleigh ,she just needs a leader, she was always giggling and muttereing when Arthur was getting laid into,I also feel Raph is uncomfortable around her,he talks to her out of necessity I think, notice when she peed in the tub,he pulled his legs out quick.

Crimson Dynamo 12-06-2017 06:50 PM

yes she is beginning to show her true self, vile.

Vanessa 12-06-2017 06:50 PM

I don't think she's a bully. She can be annoying, but she means well. Kayleigh on the other hand is the bitch from hell and a bully.

That's why i was a little disheartened with her reaction last night, she does have a lot of good qualities. But the side of her we saw last night was very telling imo. She was revelling in a fellow HM's discomforting, prodding the fire as it where.

Well it was bullying behaviour as far as im concerned. But by my own admission 'a bit of' instead of 'she is a' bully meaning she has potential but she's not what i would consider an out and out bully, yet!

Im rapidly going off her!

Chanelle bullied Charley, I agree

Bully is a word tossed around so much that it starts to lose its meaning

rionablue 12-06-2017 07:10 PM

Not the BULLY word again Honestly if anyone gives out to another person and calls them names and goes over the top THEY ARE BULLYING THEM. No they are not when the person isnt a defenceless person who cant stand up for themselves and didnt do ANYTHING to warrant it. Arthur hurt Kayleigh by calling her vile names and saying she isnt a woman. Kayleigh retaliated by venting at him. Nobody was BULLIED. I cant see why people cannot SEE that Arthur started it all. Kayleigh and him got on grand up to then. She even said as much. I have said this here before as have a good few other forum members. I was bullied when I was a little girl by bigger girls who crowded around me slapped me and called me names then told the teacher I had attacked them. THAT WAS BULLYING

I thought it was a little more PC than 'a bit of a horrible cruel b***h'.

Daniel-X 12-06-2017 07:13 PM

She's far from :umm2: probably one of the nicest ones in the house along with Raph/Ellie.

Think there's been way too much of an overreaction for the way Kayleigh retaliated last night, Arthur give just as good as he got. Fair enough she did get a bit personal, but so did he in their previous argument

snail69 12-06-2017 07:19 PM

To be fair i like her but I rewatched that scene and Chanelle laughing at the abuse was almost as bad as the actual abuse.

I still don't think it was bullying but if certain people want to label it that then they need to label anyone that was laughing at it as a bully too.

omg what show are you watching?

Jase. 12-06-2017 07:25 PM

Yeah, when she took the piss out of Hannah literally behind her back, and now the incident with Arthur - how in the actual **** anybody can defend her repugnant actions is beyond me. A vile, classless bully.

AnnieK 12-06-2017 07:34 PM

She's not a bully, she's not strong enough, but she's a bit of a sheep, she will follow whoever she feels is the strongest and mimic what they do...always looking for the acceptance from them. She won't last

Amy Jade 12-06-2017 07:50 PM

The word bully literally has so little meaning on here all a housemate has to do is raise their voice and someone on here will call them a bully.

It annoys me so much when the word is used so flippantly. People who are actually being bullied become trivialised

Yeh, completely agree! It was her only(?) low point so far, so i cant completely write her off myself.
Your point will be completely overlooked on here though because you used the word bully. Its like some weird ongoing gag that tibb has and nobody understands
