I've put on 10 pound in a week.

My trainer did my body examination on the machine thing last week and it said I was 12 stone 5.

Then today I went on the scales in the changing rooms, they were just normal old ones and it said I was 13 stone. ��

How on earth is that even possible

edit: Oh, different machines. You need it independently verified by a 3rd machine

You would need to eat like 35000 extra calories to do that

I'm sure I could manage that tbh :laugh:

I've had a bit of a cheat week but I've been having like 2500-300 calories which I'm sure doesn't warrant a 10 pound gain. Djdkdkkd

Yeah, I nearly fainted when I saw.

But I'm thinking maybe the fire rmchine wqs lying because it was like all electronic and touch screen, it measured my body fat as well so idk.

I'm a big girl when it comes to food, but not that big that I gain 10 pound a week.
