I was going to say the same.

Joe is by no means innocent, but Raph is a BB expert who knows from previous shows that if he kicks up enough of a stink there's a good chance Joe could be kicked out. He comes across as a sneaky, sly little git, tbh.

They don't get on and have a rivalry but I wouldn't say I have seen actual bullying
