big brother omnibus?

this seems like a good idea to fill 5Stars schedule and perhaps boost ratings a tiny bit? Have they done this before

Marsh. 21-01-2018 01:47 PM

I can't imagine anything worse than watching 7 hours of the show in one sitting.

Cal. 21-01-2018 01:47 PM

Not 7 and a half hours

Marsh. 21-01-2018 01:51 PM

I used to perch the EastEnders omnibus on a Sunday when I was school age. :hee:

Cal. 21-01-2018 01:52 PM

Same. Me and my mam would have our dinner and watch it.

I used to fall asleep to it on a Friday night/early Saturday morning when it was scheduled at that time too on BBC One.

Netflix to close down?

Wizard. 21-01-2018 01:54 PM

Only if they start from BB1.

I said 7 hours of BB/CBB in one sitting. :nono:

An actual good show is something else entirely. :hmph:

MTVN 21-01-2018 01:58 PM

Good idea I think, I often end up watching 2 or 3 eps in a row on a Sunday

Cal. 21-01-2018 02:00 PM

I always think they should have a daytime BOTS in the summer for civilian as well. Surely that would rate okayish? Didn't they do it for BB14?

T* 21-01-2018 02:00 PM

I can’t believe it’s called bit on the side

I'm pretty sure it rated horrendously when they did it for BB14, hence why it hasn't returned

(remember when they randomly got Jason Derulo to perform on it alol)

They tried to resurrect the type of show BBLB did on T4 on a Sunday.

It was hosted by Rylan so it didn't work.

Oh mess.

You'd think that would attract the housewives but obviously not.

I only think so because it'd be good to have on the telly when you're off school/college/uni in the summer bc I get bored to tears with This Morning and Loose Women!

Marsh. 21-01-2018 02:04 PM

Mind you, didn't it air on 5Star so wasn't exactly asking for an audience.

Did they? I only remember when BB first launched on CH5 and it was on at 6pm called OK:TV hosted by Jeff Brazier and Jenny Frost.

What's that got to do with BOTS hun?

But MESS. Remember Live from Studio Five? Emma presented it after Melinda Messenger quit after fighting with Ian Wright. :skull:

It was the original OK! TV before all the presenters left and they rebranded it.

I remember when Lost ended and Emma discussed watching the final episode with Matt.

Ross. 21-01-2018 02:10 PM

Wasn’t the Sunday daytime BOTS named after Rylan :skull:

It was called something like Rylan’s Supersized Big Brother Sunday

Marsh. 21-01-2018 02:12 PM

Rylan's Supersized Big Fat Head.

And I don't think the lovely AJ was there on a Sunday either. </3
