Allowed to have a view that isn't fashionable

What a fantastic interview from a wonderful, entertaining housemate. Well done Ann. :clap1:

The attitude towards someone like Ann is "She can have her view because she's old and she'll be dead soon so it doesn't matter"

It's the rest of us who have something to fear over the next 25 years.

MTVN 02-02-2018 10:17 PM

I've quite liked Ann in there but I thought it was mean spirited to call out Emma's interviewing ability and try and show her up like that. It's not a combative political interview, it's supposed to be a friendly chat about her time in the house, there was no need for her to be so defensive

Marsh. 02-02-2018 10:17 PM

God forbid society no longer tolerate dated bigots.

Can’t wait for the victim complex millennials to take over!!

She’s allowed to have a view that isn’t fashionable but people aren’t allowed to act in any certain way around her which she deems to be offensive (which is literally anything)

Huh...emma pushed her and pushed her to waver from her views even though she stated clearly the first time..i found emma really rude and judgemental....something she should never...EVER be.

smudgie 02-02-2018 10:23 PM

I enjoyed the interview.
Ann sticks to her principles, she isn't interested in currying favour.

It's Emma's job, she's a big girl and she was pushing.

poppsywoppsy 02-02-2018 10:35 PM

Emma is amateur compared to Ann.

Loved the crowd being fair at the interview.

Marches 02-02-2018 10:36 PM

Wait did Ann kick off or something I couldn’t watch

Emma was asking the same question over and over again though in slightly varying ways. Was slightly painful to watch her try her hardest to get Ann to say Shane had changed Anns views when obviously he did not

Yaki da 02-02-2018 10:41 PM

Did Emma ask any evictee if Ann changed their minds?

It was a bit poor tbh , no mention of Ann's friendship with Amanda or the jacuzzi Emma just talked about her beliefs more or less.

Tbh Emma didn't talk much about Ann's time in the house it was more about her politics,so can't blame Ann really but I don't think she was rude to Emma

Her time in the house was 99% about her politics.

rusticgal 02-02-2018 11:04 PM

Shane J was shoving his beliefs down everyone's throat apart from the three weeks he got side tracked falling in love with a vile human being who disrespected women
