"Perched" means that you have an erection for something like a bird has "perched" in your pants (that's where the word comes from) so it basically means really excited about something. Sexually.
"Here for" is the next step on for that, "here" as in "arrived", i.e., ejaculated in your pants. So for example, Jack_ above is spunking in his pants at the thought of how messy this thread will get. |
