He's tarnished and boring now.

The new dream team is Holly and Dec.

I dread next year's if Ant is back. His patter is old and boring.:fist:

I prefer Ant and Dec, but i like Holly.

No Ant must come back, I like Holly in it more than I thought I would, and loving the outfits but don't want her on it all the time

Ant and Dec have way more banter together. Holly is ok, but it's not the same.

Yep it's gonna feel weird without Holly I think, much prefer her.

i think it would be nice if it were the 3 of them next year. Holly brings a new side to it that I like, but the boys have the banter from years as a double act.

They are more natural together, some of the in jokes fall a bit flat, she is a good stand in though to give her due

He will only miss 2020 because of a relapse.

Dec is better to go alone and focus on his on career without being dragged down

Nah, much preferred Ant. Holly has been great in this though despite me not being particularly keen on her as a presenter beforehand.

The humour this year is forced and not natural. Dec is playing the fool much more and it does not suit him, Holly delivers lines like delivered lines

The only humour that's forced is when Ant and Dec are going through one of their tired , tedious over rehearsed scenes ...

Thank the lord I can fast forward the bits when they've hogging the screen.

I hope they keep Holly and get rid of Dec .. enough is enough .

why not just replace dec with Fearne Cotton and then ruin another show with 2 female presenters like Strictly

Actually, I've never seen the need for 2 presenters on these things anyway.
Holly's been better than I expected but that's not really saying much.

I imagine all the 'banter' is scripted. Not just Holly/Dec, but also Ant/Dec. It's probably even the same script writers as last year.

What's new this year is Holly's reaction to the trials. Hiding from the 'icky' bits and cheering the successful bits. All rather refreshing and enjoyable.

Of course it is, there was no "natural" banter between Ant and Dec either
