Do you care about the environment?

Like would you go as far as to glue yourself to the top of an overground train?

Might make a poll when I’m next on my laptop.

How does gluing yourself to a train help the environment though, can't I just recycle [emoji102]

Not sure, maybe the more glue you use, the more horses die and then the less grass that is eaten. Grass is green yay!

I care about it the same way I watch Drag Race, I want good things to happen, but I wouldn’t slap Katya’s face on a stick and protest for her

RileyH 17-04-2019 08:49 PM

well yeah but i don't go out of my way to help it

But Alaska so didn’t deserve to win

Oliver_W 17-04-2019 08:49 PM

Sure I do. Dumb protests like the current ones in London achieve nothing though.

MTVN 17-04-2019 09:00 PM

Not particularly

Underscore 17-04-2019 09:01 PM

I'd get arrested for the environment if that's what you're asking.

Doing nothing achieves nothing.

At least they're trying, getting their voices heard.

Anything to suck up that extra bit of co2

Underscore 17-04-2019 09:05 PM

Seeing these protests today has just really bolstered my view that we need more action like this, as politicians are moving too slow when we really need fast and effective solutions to mitigate this impending disaster

And pissing off the general populous who just want to get to work, and emergency services who need to save lives.

If you want to get your voice heard, do it in a way which doesn't make people wish some of those truck drivers from France would help clear the road.

UserSince2005 17-04-2019 09:06 PM

Poll up

Smithy 17-04-2019 09:08 PM

Why yes, I glued myself to an electric train just this morning

Smithy 17-04-2019 09:09 PM

I take a plastic bag to Tesco and feel very proud, but really I just want to save 5p

tbh those bags should be £1, and the money should go into planting trees, or other environmental causes.

Cherie 17-04-2019 10:01 PM

We need to stop buying so much stuff, so in reallty the planet is doomed as a consumerism is hard to kick

They're 70c over here but the money just goes back into the tax pool as far as I know. Planting trees would be the wiser choice
