Jacob Rees-Moggs body language during Brexit debate

Yaasssss get that insufferable swine :clap1:

Matthew. 03-09-2019 09:56 PM

Imagine if it was Diane Abbott doing that, the ****ing pitchforks would be out

Liam- 03-09-2019 10:28 PM

If a nurse or doctor did that while on duty there’d be hell to pay, it’s about time these people were held to higher standards

It’s no bloody wonder why people aren’t taking this country seriously

Twosugars 03-09-2019 10:33 PM

They think they own this country

Marsh. 04-09-2019 12:36 AM

Like the petulant little child he is.

Mystic Mock 04-09-2019 01:39 AM

There should be some professionalism from this guy considering it is a serious topic that could potentially harm most people in this country, he should show some respect, even to the people with opposing viewpoints.

This pretty much. Given the current situation surrounding Brexit, he’s showing a lot of discontent and arrogance thinking his position in the house is a birthright. But I’m not surprised, it’s hard to sit up without a spine.

Brilliant Mr Mogg. His little grin too, that made me chuckle.

Leave the lad alone, he's having a little nap while the Green lady talks her usual nonsense.

Bet he won’t be chuckling when the country goes to **** :dazzler:

...ironic, I think one of his banned words was ‘disappointment’....you can ban the word Jacob, baby...but the feeling will remain...

Cherie 04-09-2019 05:52 AM

He’s rattled, that’s the only reason for doing that, a form of political trolling, good to see some decent British people and there are many despite what people will have you believe trying to seize back control of the runaway train

He's as bored as the rest of us of Brexit :joker:

smudgie 04-09-2019 06:43 AM

At least he showed his face.
The place looks like a ghost town:joker:

Cherie 04-09-2019 06:52 AM

I hope that the electorate will see that as another Mrs May moment when she turned on her core support with her social care policies in the last election, the utter contempt he shows for anyone worried about their livelihoods or access to medicine if going through cancer treatment is abhorrent

Next time I am at a meeting at work I will drape myself across the chairs, see how well that goes down

Kizzy 04-09-2019 06:56 AM

It's psychological posturing, like manspreading ... he's lizardspreading.
Desperate to create the illusion with the smirk that they are still in control of the house, with his more than relaxed body language.
In fact it just shows the ERG up for what they are, invertebrates

joeysteele 04-09-2019 08:02 AM

Only one word for it.
He was being deliberately ignorant.

It's very disrespectful to the whole country imo

definitely not the right person for the job

this is the leader of the house of commons, what a joke

you need someone who can step it up when things go heated, out of control, chaotic as a leader there and Jacob is definitely not that
