Joe Rogan is great, I don't agree with all his views on every topic but so what? What is with people these days that you can't disagree with people but still like them?

The BBC report went ‘is known for hits such as…. big yellow taxi’, they couldn’t name more than one :fan:

I will stick to the more famous, and better cover versions of her songs, Both Sides Now by Judy Collins, and Woodstock by Matthew’s Southern Comfort

I mean it's kind of like a vegan company threatening to remove their products from Tesco if they won't stop selling pork, isn't it.

Makes sense as
Joe Rogan 's Contract is Bigger.

Neil Young has other platforms and his own platform
so it is a big promo for him.

['They can have Rogan or Young. Not both']

That's fine Silly manager
they choose Rogan

I've not listened to or watched Rogan in years so I don't know exactly what he's been saying, but a bit of scepticism in following orders isn't exactly a bad thing, especially when it comes to a vaccine which os less than a few years old...

I don't know much about Joe Rogan, but I agree with you that you can still like someone without agreeing 100% with them on their views.

I tend to find that the people that can't do that are very immature.

Yeah I really don't get why some feel they have to agree on everything in order to like someone. Seems bonkers to me. Loads of my mates, or celebs I like have views I strongly disagree with but so ****ing what..

I hope more artists do the same thing, but I doubt it'll happen.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle ‘express concerns to Spotify’ following Joe Rogan controversy
Couple said they hope platform makes changes ‘to help address this public health crisis’
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have called out Spotify for hosting “disinformation” via Joe Rogan’s podcast.
The couple, who have a deal with the company worth a reported £18m, released a statement on Sunday (30 January), in which they said they have spoken to the music platform’s bosses about their worries.
Rogan has been heavily criticised for his controversial views on the Covid-19 vaccine, with many saying he’s using his popular podcast, titled The Joe Rogan Experience, to spread false details.
This week, musician Neil Young led the charge to oppose Rogan and his views by asking Spotify to remove his music from the platform. Joni Mitchell and Crazy Horse guitarist Nils Lofgren followed suit.
In a statement, Harry and Meghan said they have been combatting Spotify’s decision to host such information since April 2021.

“Since the inception of [their non-profit organisation] Archewell, we have worked to address the real-time global misinformation crisis,” they said.
“Hundreds of millions of people are affected by the serious harms of mis- and disinformation every day.
“Last April, our co-founders began expressing concerns to our partners at Spotify about the all too real consequences of Covid misinformation on its platform.
“We have continued to express our concerns to Spotify to ensure changes to its platform are made to help address this public health crisis.
“We look to Spotify to meet this moment and are committed to continuing our work together as it does.”
Their statement follows Young’s ultimatum, which saw him state: “I want you to let Spotify know immediately TODAY that I want all my music off their platform … They can have Rogan or Young. Not both.”

Young said Rogan’s podcast was spreading “false information” about Covid-19 vaccines that was “potentially causing death to those who believe the disinformation being spread by them”.
The Independent has contacted Spotify for comment
