What she is doing is clearly legal, but from an ethical and moral point of view as the wife of the Chancellor it stinks to high heaven that she is not paying her taxes here

Maybe I'm missing something but I'm not quite clear why a non-UK citizen is being demonised for not paying UK taxes on non-UK income :shrug:

your primary tax location is the country you are resident in when you earn the money
